Ani Vitalis Nnaemeka a.k.a General Dindz formally known as Lil-Dindz is an indigene of Nkanu West local government in Enugu State. He is currently a final year student(500 level) of Ahmadu Bello University where he is studying Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is a Songwriter, a Hip-hop artiste, a Producer, a Brake Dancer and many other talents but to mention a few.
He decided to go professional in music in June 2013 with the release of the cover of the famous Wizkid’s “Holla At Your Boy” instrumental and Djinee’s “Over Killing It” instrumental which he titled “Love Story” and “Street King” respectively. They both were hit tracks enjoyed by many including his friends, colleagues at school, etc.
Since then he has also released hot banging single tracks in 2014 such as “Kilegbe” ft V.I and JoeWeezy to keep you dancing and your feet moving and he also released a solo Hip-hop single titled “Rap State of Mind” both produced by Emmy O.G where he rapped for an incredible 6minutes 35seconds just as the name implies. He has been making waves in his environs in Abuja and Zaria where he has been featured by various artistes such as Wiz Kamani, Code-X, Krystal Flowz, etc.
Late December 2015 he returned to the game with the release of his hot new east-coast hip-hop blend which he titled “Anyi Abata Goh”. Just as the name implies he raps about how it hasn’t been easy stepping up in the Nigerian music industry because of the low appreciation for the Hip-hop genre by many Nigerians. But now he is being recognized because he is in the game now by force, lolz.
On the 1st of January 2016 he hit his fans hard with another hot hip-hop track titled “Shutting It Down” ft PhlexyWest and produced by Dexter Beatz. The song is so hot and commands so much respect such that most of his fans and friends began calling him “Da General”. Ever since his first tracks, he hasn’t disappointed his fans but has simply kept on improving on his flows and vibes and keeping them hooked to their headphones whilst enjoying his tracks with so much pleasure….
Trust me on this, this is a star that must be watched out for with high anticipation because he is sure not to disappoint. In an exclusive interview with him, he said and I quote “I am here to redefine hip-hop in Nigeria till every lay-man on the streets begin to enjoy and appreciate it because of the sensitive messages to be passed across in my lyrics”. So that has said it all about what you all should be expecting soon from him because he is going to keep you glued to your speakers whilst enjoying his tracks. He is also set to release two new tracks before the end of this month January to be titled “The Arrival” and “Shake Body” both produced by DonL_37. So I would strictly advice that you all keep your fingers crossed for them. He also said he hopes to release his debut mix-tape late this year 2016.
